1. Scope of Services
Visibo Capital, led by Chirag Agrawal (SEBI Registered Research Analyst), provides specialized research and analysis on equity markets. Our services are strictly research-based. We provide research reports, data-driven insights, and model analyses. We DO NOT execute trades on behalf of clients, nor do we manage client funds directly.
2. Client Acknowledgment & KYC
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information for Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes as mandated by SEBI.
- Services start only after successful verification of KYC records through a KYC Registration Agency (KRA).
- Any change in client information must be promptly updated with us.
3. Disclaimers & Market Risks
- Market Risk: Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing.
- No Guaranteed Returns: We do not offer any assured, guaranteed, or fixed return schemes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- Independent Judgment: Research reports are for informational purposes. Clients should exercise their own judgment or consult a certified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
4. Fee Structure & Refunds
Fees are charged as per the plans detailed on our pricing page. For individual clients, fees do not exceed the SEBI-prescribed limits (INR 1,51,000 p.a. per family). Payments must be made via regulated banking channels (Online, UPI, Cheque). No cash payments are accepted. Pro-rata refunds are applicable in case of premature termination or suspension of services as per internal policy and SEBI guidelines.
5. Conflict of Interest
We maintain a rigorous Internal Code of Conduct to ensure unbiased research. We disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest in our research reports as required by SEBI RA Regulations. Our analysis is independent and focused solely on providing clarity and value to our subscribers.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Unauthorized Distribution: Research reports are confidential and for the exclusive use of subscribers. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
- Credential Sharing: Clients must not share their account login credentials or OTPs with anyone, including our staff.
- Execution Advice: We do not provide advice on trade execution or order placement.
7. Grievance Redressal
We value your feedback and aim to resolve any concerns promptly. If you have a grievance, please contact us directly. If unresolved, you may escalate the matter via SEBI SCORES platform.
